To truly tantalize your taste buds with the full fledged flavor that is chai, savor the process. Crush your chai with a mortar and pestle beforehand, then scoop it into a pot, pour hot water and milk over it, add a few spoons of honey, then boil, cool, strain and enjoy. It’s an intentional process. But it sure is worth your time.
We offer two blends of chai: caffeinated, with Assam tea leaves, and non-caffeinated, with red rooibos tea leaves. Each blend also includes the typical spices found in Indian chai: cloves, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger root, black pepper, and nutmeg. All of our ingredients are high quality organic.
