This tea strainer is made with quality stainless steel, and each strainer comes with a separate drip base.

We offer two blends of chai: caffeinated, with assam tea leaves, and non-caffeinated, with red rooibos tea leaves. Each blend also includes the typical spices found in Indian chai: cloves, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger root, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Now, authentic chai is not the type of tea that you simply throw into a cup of hot water with a tea bag and steep for 2 minutes… I suppose you could do this if you were in a rush, but to truly tantalize your taste buds with the full fledged flavor that is chai, savor the process. You don’t have to, but I prefer to crush my chai with a mortar and pestle beforehand, then I scoop it into a pot, pour hot water and milk over it, add a few spoons of honey, then boil, cool, strain and enjoy.
