Refund Policy:
Our desire is to provide you with your perfect cup of chai. We are unable to accept returns; however, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to address your concerns. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be full. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: If you are wondering why your chai, blend or tea may be a little different than the last time you purchased it, it could be due to harvesting time of year and other factors – please see Seasonal Ingredients section below.

Normal return policy:
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be full. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must be in their original condition, cannot be damaged/missing parts etc. (not due to our error). Items must be returned with shipping paid for within 10 days of delivery.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via the contact form and request the return address.
Shipping
To return your product, message us via the contact form for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Seasonal Ingredients
All of our ingredients are organically grown and hand harvested/processed. Since they are harvested in different parts of the world and at different times of the year, they often arrive in different sizes, shapes, and colors and can have slightly different flavors. This is the beauty of working with organically grown ingredients from around the world. This means blends can look and/or taste slightly differently from batch to batch. We use the same recipe for every batch based on weight, not volume, but depending on the item harvested, time of year, weather patterns etc. the flavor may change slightly.
