RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have any issues with your order, please let us know. Given that chai is consumable, we cannot accept returns; however, if your product is damaged, or defective, please let us know, and we will exchange items within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us if you have any questions and concerns.
